Question by Dan R: What are ways to make a restaurant “greener”?
I work at a restaurant (Olive Garden) and I want to help make it a greener place to work. We already put low flow nozzles on our sinks and we use low watt lights both in and out. What are other things we can do? I’m going to suggest to them recycling our wine bottles, kids cups, card boards, etc but I think there is more we can do to make it more green. Thanks.
