Question by La Lulu: What’s with this? I found what looks like seedlings growing out of my store-bought tomatoes!?
Mom threw them away because when she cut into the tomatoes, there were these tiny plant beginnings that looked sort of like white worms, but each had a little green tip on the end, like a tiny leaf. Were the tomatoes safe to eat like that?
