My friend and I had a discussion recently. When it comes to green vegetables, such as lettuce, kale, broccoli, etc., how would you describe their core flavor. Would you describe it as bitter or sweet?

By core flavor, I mean Organic, fresh vegetables that have not been cooked at all, without dressing.

I would say they all have a diffrent flavour and say there is now base flavour coz there all diffrent broccoli alone has lots of different flavours depending on how much its cooked or how raw it is.
they all make you fart though thats a good base .
