I will be starting college soon. And i live in Dallas, TX? Is there anyway i can apply for my green card?

Right now, Or after college?

Is there any programs that can help me? Or any good lawyers?
Also does anyone know about what Obama might do to help illegal immigrant students?
Ive been living in texas since I was 2years old.

I am traveling to Boston this week, and I usually park at Eliot Station on the D branch of the green line, and ride the train into the city. I recently noticed that this stretch of the line is under construction and is being serviced by shuttle busses.

Since the train stations and rails are closed, will I still be able to park at the station to take the shuttle bus into Boston?
